AI Credits
How Credits Work
- 1 credit = 1 source character translated
- Credits are consumed when a translation job completes successfully
- Failed or canceled jobs don't consume credits
- Translating to multiple languages multiplies usage (e.g., 3 languages = 3× credits)
When You Run Out

Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not carry over.
Manage Your Subscription
Upgrade
- Go to Billing in the sidebar
- Click Upgrade
- Select your plan
- Complete payment
Upgrades take effect immediately.
Downgrade
- Go to Billing in the sidebar
- Click Change Plan
- Select a lower plan
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Cancel
- Go to Billing in the sidebar
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
Your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.

Babelize accepts credit/debit cards and processes payments securely through our payment provider.
Yearly Billing
Save 20% by choosing annual billing. Yearly plans are billed once per year at the discounted rate.
