Account Registration

Ownership

You grant Babelize a limited license to:

Store Your Content per our retention policy
Display Your Content to you and authorized users

This license ends when you delete Your Content.

Your Responsibilities

Accuracy of content
Appropriate use of translations

Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

Infringes intellectual property rights
Contains malware or harmful code
Violates laws or regulations
Promotes illegal activities

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
Some jurisdictions don't allow liability limitations, so this may not apply to you
