Your Content
Ownership
You retain all rights to content you upload. We don't claim ownership of your translations or source code.
License to Us
You grant Babelize a limited license to process your content to provide the service. This license ends when you delete your content.
Your Responsibilities
- You must have rights to content you upload
- You must comply with applicable laws
- You may not upload malicious code or illegal content
Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer our technology
- Circumvent rate limits or security measures
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Abuse or harass other users
Payments
- Free tier available with limitations
- Paid plans billed monthly or annually
- Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
- No partial refunds for unused time

Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of translations. You're responsible for reviewing translations before use.
Liability
- We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
Termination
By You
Delete your account anytime via Settings.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or pose security risks.
Dispute Resolution
Before formal proceedings, contact us at hello@babelize.co. We'll try to resolve disputes within 30 days.
Unresolved disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration. Governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
Changes
We may update these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
