Authentication Issues
Can't sign in
Symptoms:
- Login page reloads without signing in
- Error message about invalid credentials
Solutions:
- Verify email address is correct
- Check spam folder for OTP email
- Clear browser cookies
- Try a different browser
- Disable browser extensions
Session expired unexpectedly
Symptoms:
- Suddenly logged out
- "Session expired" message

- Sign in again
- Check if you're on a shared device
- Verify no one else has access to your account
OAuth sign-in failing
Symptoms:
- Google/Apple sign-in popup closes without success
- Error after OAuth redirect
Solutions:
- Enable pop-ups for babelize.app
- Clear browser cookies
- Try incognito mode
- Verify OAuth account is active
Translation Issues
Translation taking too long
Symptoms:
- Job stuck in "processing" state
- Timeout errors
Possible causes:

- Split into smaller files
- Check status.babelize.app for outages
- Contact support if persists
Translation quality issues

Placeholders being translated
Symptoms:

- Check placeholder format is supported
- Use code blocks for code content
Unexpected translation changes
Symptoms:
- Same content translating differently
- Reproducibility issues

File Issues
File upload failing
Symptoms:

Parse errors

- Partial content translated

- Remove BOM if present

Missing content in translation

Dashboard Issues
